About the role

As a Production Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations within the Parts machine shop and series assembly. You lead and develop employees, ensure that production delivers according to plan, and drive improvement work with a focus on working environment, quality, and efficiency.

You work closely with technology, quality, planning, maintenance, and other production functions to create stable and efficient flows. The role involves both operational presence in production and long-term work on developing methods, processes, and structures.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Lead and develop employees in daily work
• Ensure delivery, quality, and productivity
• Plan and monitor production and resources
• Drive improvement and standardization work
• Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with technology, quality, and planning to optimize production flows
• Contribute to the long-term development of the business

We are looking for you who

Have experience of leadership in manufacturing industry and feel at home in a production environment where quality and precision are crucial.

You have experience of machining, such as turning, milling, or other cutting processes, and understand the challenges present in a modern workshop production.

We believe you have:

• A university degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience of production management in manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of machining
• Experience of improvement work and efficiency
• Good skills in Swedish and English
• Experience with business systems, preferably Monitor
