The position combines leasing, customer contact, property management, and administrative tasks. You will become an important part of the operations and have significant responsibility in your daily work.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things work with:

• Leasing & marketing of residential and commercial properties
• Viewings and customer meetings
• Drafting of rental agreements and related administration
• Key management and move-ins
• Ongoing contact with tenants and partners
• Basic property management and customer responsibility
• Coordination of contractors and smaller projects
• Administrative tasks related to property operations
• Basic financial tasks and follow-up

The position is based at our office in Viared, Borås. Travel is involved as we have properties and assignments in several locations around Sweden.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in leasing residential or commercial properties
• Has strong administrative skills and is used to working in a structured manner
• Is service-oriented and enjoys customer contact
• Can work independently and take personal responsibility
• Is proficient with computers
• Fluent in Swedish & English, both spoken and written
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience in property management
• Knowledge in finance, bookkeeping, or budgeting
• Experience in project management or planning
• Experience with property systems and leasing platforms
• Knowledge of rental law
