About the job

You will work closely with people providing personal care, service, and delegated health and medical tasks. Working hours are scheduled from 07:00–22:00 (evenings and holidays included). No night shifts.

• 📍 Location: Our offices are in Kristianstad (Industrigatan 2A) / Åhus (Tullvaktaregatan 10)
• 📆 Start: As soon as we find the right person (maybe you?)
• 🛎️ Position: Permanent and temporary
• 🕒 Scope: Desired employment level, at least 50%

📋 Who we are looking for

We are not looking for superheroes – we are looking for you with heart, responsibility, and a team spirit.

• ✅ Swedish in speech and writing – You communicate fluently in Swedish. This is crucial for customer security and safe documentation.
• ✅ Confident with responsibility – You can receive delegation for medication and other health and medical tasks.
• ✅ Team player – You like structure, wear your work clothes with pride, and thrive in a team where we support each other.
• ➕ Advantageous – It is a big plus if you are trained as a nursing assistant and/or have a driver’s license, but the right attitude is most important.
• ❌ Not for you if: You are only looking for "something for now," avoid evenings/weekends, or dislike taking responsibility. We are looking for you who want to stay, develop, and thrive.
