Job Description

We are an established IT company that has been helping businesses since 2008 with everything from server operations and networking to backup and security. At our company, you will become a key player immediately, with great freedom under your own responsibility and without rigid processes.

What you will do:

You will work with the entire chain – from design and installation to ongoing operations and support. Our customers trust us with their infrastructure, and we handle everything from physical servers, firewalls, and backup systems at the customer site, to our own Hyper-V cluster in the server room as well as modern online services.

No day is like the other. One day you are commissioning a new firewall, the next day you are optimizing a storage solution or troubleshooting a network.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and operate physical and virtual servers, workstations, and backup systems.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, with a special focus on firewalls and security solutions at our customers' sites.
• Operate, monitor, and optimize our own Hyper-V clusters and online backup services in the server room.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems remotely and on-site at customer locations, delivering professional technical support with a high service level.
• Continuously document customer environments and network structures to ensure high operational security and traceability.

Qualifications

• You have a genuine interest in IT infrastructure and have worked for a few years with Windows Server, Hyper-V, networking (routing/firewalls), and backup solutions.
• A few years of documented experience in practical work with IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
• Good technical understanding and hands-on experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V virtualization, as well as network routing and firewalls.
• Experience in setting up, maintaining, and testing backup systems as well as disaster recovery.
• You thrive taking own responsibility and talking directly to customers. Since we are a small team, your attitude, your ability to drive your own tasks, and your ability to work completely independently and structure your own workday are crucial.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written, as the role involves daily customer contact.
• Category B driver's license (manual or automatic) to be able to conduct service visits and installations on-site at customer locations.
