About the role

• You develop concepts for the car interior with a focus on the overall experience, functionality, and premium feel.
• You work with dashboards, seats, center consoles, door panels, and other interior components.
• You collaborate with engineering, UX, and manufacturing teams to create feasible solutions.
• You contribute to material, color, and trim strategies that strengthen the design expression.

What you will do

• Create sketches, digital models, renderings, and presentation materials.
• Explore new ideas within ergonomics, user-centered design, and HMI.
• Translate design concepts into solutions that work in production.
• Follow trends and user needs within future mobility.

We are looking for someone who has

• Relevant education in automotive design or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in interior design within the automotive industry or an advanced design environment.
• Strong ability to sketch, visualize, and communicate design ideas.
• A portfolio showcasing both conceptual work and executed projects.
• Good collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
