Take a key role in a global S&OP team and contribute to securing planning, forecasting, and delivery precision in an international environment.

Here you will have a central role in a global planning team where you contribute to ensuring the interplay between demand, supply, and delivery. You work closely with several functions and help keep the planning processes integrated in an international setting.

About the Role

• You support global S&OP activities and ensure continuity in planning.
• You work closely with Sales, Production, Finance, and regional markets.
• You contribute to both operational delivery and the improvement of planning processes.

What You Will Do

• Drive the monthly S&OP process with coordination of demand and supply.
• Consolidate and quality-assure global sales forecasts.
• Support production allocation and volume balancing between markets and models.
• Monitor order intake, backlog, inventory, and delivery performance.
• Produce structured reporting and decision-support materials for management.

We Are Looking For Someone With

• An academic degree in engineering, business, supply chain, finance, or a similar field.
• 2–5 years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, supply chain, or automotive-related volume planning.
• A good understanding of forecasting and the balance between demand and supply.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working systematically with large datasets.
• Good communication skills and experience creating materials for management levels.
