Here, you will work with color, material, and finish in the development of next-generation vehicles. This role is ideal for those who want to combine creative design with production, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

About the Role

• Drive CMF work for one or more vehicle programs from concept to launch.
• Develop proposals that are both creative and manufacturable.
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, visualizers, and suppliers.
• Present solutions to internal stakeholders and management.

What You Will Do

• Develop color, material, and finish concepts.
• Create specifications, technical documentation, and design proposals.
• Work on details such as quilting, textures, mesh, and perforation.
• Create visual presentations, renders, and storytelling materials.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives and material innovation.

Who We Are Looking For

• University degree in industrial design, transportation design, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in CMF, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Experience delivering production-ready design solutions.
• Experience working in global and cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to communicate visually and verbally.
