Your daily life with us

In the role of IT Consultant, you will work closely with the company's customers on our entire range of offerings in both small and large projects – everything from customer care and implementation to maintenance and development. As an IT Consultant, you are often the person the customer trusts the most, so it is important that you do not let down this trust and always keep the customer's best interests in mind. Your relationship with the customer is crucial for their experience and for whether we achieve customer satisfaction.

You will be based out of our new and nice premises in Västerslätt and must have a valid driver's license (Category B) to travel to customers.

What we expect of you

• We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in IT.
• We are looking for someone with broad competence in Microsoft 365 (email management, SharePoint, Teams, and permission structures).
• Interest in security, Azure, and Intune is a plus.
• Server and/or network competence (implementation, operations, and troubleshooting) is a plus.

You need to be well-structured, communicative, and experienced in logging your time and documenting your work. It is important that you contribute positive energy, are good at sharing knowledge with others, and have strong collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently. We are looking for someone who is driven and customer-focused, wants to help develop our IT offering, and truly contributes to the star team you will be part of.
