T-Consultant – WiFi Measurement & Network Analysis

About the Role

As a consultant, you will conduct capacity measurements and analyses of wireless networks in healthcare and social care facilities.

The work involves ensuring that operations have the right technical prerequisites for today's and tomorrow's digital services.

You will work independently on-site and be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and anchoring technical needs according to established processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct WiFi measurements and capacity analyses
• Map network coverage and performance
• Coordinate technical requirements and needs
• Document and evaluate results
• Ensure quality according to the operation's standard processes
• Work independently on-site at the client's location
• Contribute to a stable and secure digital environment
• Collaborate with operations and technical resources

We are looking for someone with

Experience in

• Wireless networks (WiFi)
• Network analysis and troubleshooting
• Technical documentation
• Requirement specification and technical coordination
• IT infrastructure
• Consulting assignments within the public sector

Advantageous

• Certifications in networking
• Experience from municipalities or regions
• Experience in healthcare and social care operations
• Experience with site surveys and capacity measurements

Practical Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Access to your own electric vehicle
• Ability to work on-site in Umeå Municipality
• Experience as an IT consultant at level 2–3
