Do you want to work in a customer-facing role where you can combine service, problem-solving, and coordination? We are now looking for a structured and communicative Customer Support Specialist for a position with a major client in Umeå.
About the role
In this role, you will provide support to both internal and external customers regarding issues such as technology, order processing, and payments. You will have overall responsibility for incoming cases and drive them forward by coordinating the right resources internally and externally.
You will play a key role in ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally, while contributing to high customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities
You will, among other things:
- provide support to internal and external customers regarding technical issues, order matters, and payment-related inquiries
- take responsibility for the entire case process from start to resolution
- coordinate cases with departments such as sales, operations, supply chain management, and other internal teams
- coordinate solutions together with After Sales Service and/or the spare parts team
- work with customer relations and contribute to a professional customer experience
- use relevant sales processes, tools, and systems in your daily work
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who thrives in a coordinating role with many contact points. You are solution-oriented, service-minded, and have the ability to drive cases forward independently and in a structured manner.
To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:
- experience in customer support, sales support, order processing, or a similar role
- a good understanding of customer relations and service processes
- the ability to coordinate multiple internal and external contact points
- an interest in technology or experience working with technical products/services
- experience working in business systems or other administrative tools
- good communication skills in Swedish and English
As a person, you are curious, responsible, and comfortable working independently. You collaborate well and are not afraid to challenge traditional ways of working and contribute suggestions for improvement.
