Aimplan is growing, and we now want to expand our Partner and Customer Success Team with a Junior Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our consulting partners and customers to help them implement Aimplan, thereby extending Microsoft Power BI with exciting new features.

About the Role

As part of our Partner and Customer Success Team, you will become an active force in the entire "Order-to-Success" process, from first contact to a successful, appreciated solution. Your mission is to help partners and customers create Power BI and Aimplan solutions that truly make a difference in everyday work.

Your main area of responsibility is to support partners and customers in implementing Aimplan in Power BI. This involves being actively involved in a new partner's first project and continuously supporting partners and their customers to build long-term relationships.

Main Responsibilities

• Create and deliver documentation tailored to different target groups.
• Conduct training and Q&A sessions for customers and partners.
• Handle support cases in close collaboration with the development team.
• Deliver consulting services by building solutions in Power BI.
• Lead follow-up and status meetings to ensure successful implementation projects.

Your Background

We believe you have:

• An interest in analysis and economics, as well as experience working with Microsoft Power BI.
• An academic education in fields such as economics or systems science. Preferably a recent graduate.
• A service-oriented approach.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

For us, the most important thing is finding the right person – someone who is curious and enjoys constantly learning new things. Practical experience in developing Power BI models, including report design, DAX, data modeling, and Power Query, is a plus.
