We need to grow and we are looking for you who want to become part of a wonderful team. I am looking for someone who is close to laughter, has a natural aptitude for care, and a well-functioning on/off switch, as the work with me can vary in activity level. Previous experience within care and support is a plus. If you have a strong desire to learn and our personalities match, you will receive thorough training from us.

My assistants work in a small, tight group and we do many fun things during the day. I have double staffing during daytime hours between 08:00–20:00 and single staffing for awake nights 22:00–08:00.

We now need to strengthen our dream team with one additional full-time position and one part-time position (approx. 65%) during daytime hours. Ahead of summer, we also need some hourly employees who can step in during holidays and sick leave. My assistants work on a rolling 6-week schedule, and daytime working hours are 08:00–20:00 or 08:00–22:00 every day of the week. In a full-time position, you work approx. 13 days per month.

Who am I? I am a cheerful man living with a broken neck and am 100% paralyzed. This means I need help with everything in my daily life. I live without respiratory support, eat, and speak normally. Given my care needs, all assistive devices you can imagine are available to facilitate my daily life and my assistants' work. I live in Trosa with my wife in our villa, and the assistants have their own living room and kitchen. Communication to Trosa during weekends and summer can be poor, so a prerequisite is that you have a driver's license and your own car. I also have my own car, which we often go out and drive in, so it is a plus if you enjoy driving. Good Swedish skills in speech and writing are an absolute requirement. It is of utmost importance that we can all understand each other.

Additionally, we would like to know your age, where you live, if you have a driver's license, and access to your own car. I prefer male applicants, but personality fit is absolutely the most important factor.

About the recruitment process: We are in continuous contact with interesting candidates, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. As part of our recruitment process, we always conduct a background check via Fortcheck, which is sent to you as a candidate via email and SMS. The background check is conducted entirely on your terms – you perform the check yourself and receive the results. You then choose whether to forward the information to us or to discontinue.
