We are looking for a personal assistant for a 30-year-old man on Värmdö (Hemmesta) who lives in his own apartment with personal assistance. Working hours include days, evenings, and night shifts.

We are looking for you who can become the final piece in our team surrounding the client. This is a hourly position as needed, for sickness or holidays. There is also a possibility of permanent shifts in the future. Training is offered both on-site at the client's home and by the employer.

About the position

Our client enjoys listening to music, bathing, and going on outings. The tasks are varied and involve assisting with basic needs as well as participating in activities and outings. The daily work consists of helping with what the client cannot do independently. Double assistance is approved for certain hours of the day, meaning two assistants work simultaneously with the client. Therefore, good teamwork skills are highly valued.

You will be offered friendly colleagues and an active client who truly appreciates their assistants. You will receive individualized introduction and training in all aspects regarding the client's needs and routines.

The assistant's role and experience

Communication with the client, colleagues, and the assistance coordinator is very important, so we require good Swedish language skills. We are looking for someone who is confident, sensitive, self-reliant, and wants to work in a very nice team with a cheerful client!

Meritorious experience

• Trained nursing assistant is meritorious.
• Enjoys being outdoors in nature.
• Fluent in Swedish.

Working hours/employment degree

• Hourly – extra when needed during regular assistant's sick leave and vacation.
• Start immediately.
• Working hours are scheduled during daytime, afternoons, evenings, night shifts, and weekends.

About salary

• We apply salary according to the Fremia collective agreement.
