Your daily life with us

As an IT Consultant, you will work closely with the company's customers on our entire range of services in both small and large projects – everything from customer care and commissioning to maintenance and development. As an IT Consultant, you are often the person the customer trusts the most, which is why it is important that you do not let that trust down and always keep the customer's best interests in mind. Your relationship with the customer is crucial for their experience and satisfaction.

You will be based out of our new and nice premises in Västerslätt and will need a B-driver's license to travel to customers.

What we expect from you

• We are looking for you who have worked in IT for a few years.
• We are looking for you with broad competence in networking (TCP/IP, routing/switching, VLAN/DHCP/DNS/NAT, Layer-2/Layer-3).
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network+ are meritorious.
• Interest and competence in M365 and/or server are also meritorious.

You need to have good structure, be communicative, and have experience registering your time and documenting your work. It is important that you contribute positive energy, are good at sharing knowledge with others, and have a good ability to collaborate as well as work independently. We are looking for you who are driven and customer-focused, want to help develop our IT offering, and truly contribute to the star team you will be part of.
