Habo is growing, and so are we! Bra Liv Habo Health Centre is part of the primary care group Vårdcentralerna Bra Liv and provides primary care at 33 health centres within the Region of Jönköping County. We collaborate within the group through knowledge sharing, resources, and joint efforts to ensure you can always reach us.

Bra Liv Habo has approximately 10,650 registered patients and provides primary care in close cooperation with our nearest care partners in Habo Municipality; home care, elderly care facilities, and family centres including Child Health Centre (BVC) and Maternity Health Centre (MVC).

The Role of Nurse/Community Nurse

At Bra Liv Habo Health Centre, we are now looking for several nurses/community nurses, both for longer temporary positions (more than 1 year) and permanent positions. The positions are planned for 40 hours/week, with a start date as agreed. The role includes some evening and weekend shifts at the Urgent Care Clinic. Experience in primary care and with Vårdcentralerna Bra Liv is particularly valued.

As a person, you should be able to work independently and with different professions. A varied, fast-paced job with changing and routine tasks at the health centre, where you receive scheduled and unscheduled doctor visits, provide advice to our registered patients via digital services and phone (teleQ). Qualifications in or interest in diabetes care are meritorious. We work in a team together with other nurses, doctors, and care administrators. An experienced district physician is also available for daily consultation regarding patients on site and remote advice. Together with other health centres in the Jönköping area, we staff the Urgent Care Clinic in Jönköping during evenings and weekends.
