The Rehabilitation and Welfare Technology Unit is part of municipal primary care and consists of an engaged team with broad competence in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, assistive devices, and welfare technology. We work close to the patient and create sustainable solutions that strengthen independence, security, and participation in everyday life.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for an occupational therapist for a fixed-term position while an employee is on study leave. The fixed-term position is for 6 months, with a possibility of extension.

The role includes:

• Rehabilitative and preventive measures in both ordinary and special housing.
• Independent occupational therapy assessments and interventions in the individual's home, sometimes in complex situations.
• Supervision, training, and support for relatives and staff.
• Close teamwork with a physiotherapist.
• Collaboration with MAR, nurses, assistant nurses, social secretaries, unit managers, and other internal and external actors.

You work independently but always with a competent team behind you. The work is characterized by freedom under responsibility and is facilitated by our flexible working hours agreement.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are:

• Registered occupational therapist.
• Holder of a B-driver's license with manual transmission (requirement).
• Independent, structured, and confident in your professional role.
• Confident in making your own assessments and decisions in complex situations.
• Receptive, empathetic, and good at collaborating.
• Flexible, stable, and engaged in developing both yourself and the business.

Approved grades in Swedish are required.

B-driver's license for manual gearbox is a requirement.
