We are now looking for reinforcements for our home care services in Bor and Rydaholm!

Challenging and truly enjoyable work in wonderful teams that collaborate and have joy in their work!

Working hours are scheduled during days, evenings, and every other weekend.

We have several longer temporary positions from 6 months and longer that we are recruiting for, with potential for extension or continued work thereafter!

We would prefer that you have experience in care work, as you often travel alone on assignments to the user's home. Therefore, you need to feel comfortable with this as well as with collaboration and helping each other.

Please indicate in your application if you are interested in the Home Care area of Bor, or Rydaholm (or both).

You also need to have a B driver's license.

Job Responsibilities

To provide care and service according to the decision of assistance and the implementation plan, with the user's needs at the center, respecting the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination.

Experience in healthcare and care work is meritorious as it places demands on you as a person to be self-reliant, meaning you are comfortable working alone in an individual's home.

The job responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration, as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

Qualifications

Nursing and care program or other education that provides nurse assistant competence, as well as good computer skills. The position requires good teamwork skills, flexibility, and independence. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

It is an advantage if you have experience in care work and are confident in yourself, as you work in the individual's home and perform parts of the work independently.

Experience in care work is meritorious.

Conditions

A certificate of good conduct from the police register must be presented before an employment offer is made.

As of July 1, 2023, 'nurse assistant' is a protected job title, and to be eligible as a nurse assistant, a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare must be provided.

Approved grades in Swedish, both spoken and written.

A B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement, as well as the ability to cycle.

The Care Administration. We are responsible for our elderly, people with disabilities, and the municipality's home healthcare. The administration also works with rehabilitation and prevention so that our citizens can live a good life throughout their lives.
