🌿 About the Role

As a florist with us, you will become an important part of a dedicated team where creativity and customer interactions are at the center.

You will help customers find the right flowers for their needs and ensure that the store always feels inspiring, well-stocked, and sales-oriented.

Here, you will work in a warm and positive environment where ideas quickly become reality – and where fresh bouquets always smell sweet.

You will have varied tasks ranging from customer service, working at the cash register, to unpacking goods. You will be involved in daily sales work and collaborate across different departments. Receiving goods, product display, and picking items are some of the regular duties.

💐 Your Main Responsibilities

• Bind bouquets and create seasonal arrangements
• Provide personal service and advice to customers
• Restock goods and display them according to Blomsterlandets concept
• Care for plants and ensure the store is always in top condition
• Contribute to a good atmosphere and strong teamwork in the store

🌼 We are looking for you who

• Have education as a florist and preferably experience from a flower shop
• Are service-oriented, detail-oriented, and positive
• Have a sense of color, form, and sales-oriented display
• Thrive in an active pace and take responsibility for both customers and colleagues
• Want to help create an atmosphere throughout all seasons of the year

🕒 Practical Information

Employment Type: Fixed-term contract for the period 24/8 2026 – 28/1 2028 with a great possibility of extension.

Hours: 30 hours/week

Start: Immediately. The work involves working every other weekend.
