Focus of your role

As Head of SEM, you are responsible for developing and driving Adgrabber's offering in search advertising. You work both strategically and operationally with clients who want to take the next step in their digital marketing.

You will become an important advisor in client dialogue and help companies translate business goals into concrete SEM strategies with clear KPIs and measurable results.

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize PPC strategies with a focus on Google Ads, YouTube, and associated platforms
  • Be responsible for campaign setup, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization
  • Conduct analyses, A/B tests, and result follow-ups
  • Create insight-driven reporting and advice to clients
  • Further develop Adgrabber's offering and working methods within SEM
  • Contribute to pre-sales and business development
  • Keep up to date with new technologies, platforms, and opportunities in the field

What we hope for

We believe you have a few years of experience in SEM and feel confident in both strategic and operational work.

Additionally, we would like you to:

  • Have worked with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and strategic budget planning
  • Be certified in Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Have good experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, and feed management tools as well as Excel
  • Have a strong business focus and the ability to link marketing to business goals
  • Be accustomed to analyzing data and making decisions based on insights
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Perhaps you currently work as an SEM specialist, consultant, or digital marketer and are ready to take greater responsibility for the business and development in the field.

We will be especially pleased if you also have experience with

  • JavaScript, Python, PHP, or AdWords scripts
  • SEO, CRO/UX, Meta Ads, or programmatic
  • Data analysis in other analytics platforms (e.g., Matomo, Piwik, etc.)
  • Good understanding and experience with Supermetrics
