Job Description

Your contribution to something big

• Support project and product managers in strategic and operational tasks
• Prepare for and participate in project workshops, portfolio reviews, and activities related to product strategy
• Support analyses of the market, competitors, and customer requirements for future heat pump solutions
• Prepare materials and participate in meetings with senior management
• Present results and recommendations in an international environment
• Drive smaller improvement initiatives and cross-functional tasks independently
• Work with tools for project, portfolio, and product management
• Improve current project management processes and working methods within product lifecycle management

Internship Period: 6 months, with a desired start in September 2025

Location: On-site at our factory in Tranås, Sweden

Qualifications

What characterizes you

• You are currently studying at the bachelor's or master's level in engineering or a similar field
• Ability to handle and prioritize in a changing environment
• Ability to work independently and easily interact with others
• Good analytical skills
• You are structured but can also think “outside the box”
• Good knowledge of various work tools, especially Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Very good oral and written skills in English; Swedish is an advantage
• Previous experience in project management or agile development is a plus
