At Breakthrough Group AB, we are now looking for an engaged full-time B2B sales representative who wants to sell Andreas Forsén Jonsson’s lectures, courses, and events to companies, organizations, and the public sector across Sweden.

This is a full-time position with a start date in week 34.

About the role

As a B2B sales representative with us, you will primarily work with sales via phone, email, and digital meetings. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, building long-term relationships, and helping customers find the right setup based on their needs.

You will be involved in the entire process – from first contact to completed deal – and become an important part of a small team with great engagement and high ambitions.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Prospecting and new customer acquisition
• Sales via phone, email, and digital meetings
• Quotation work and follow-up
• Relationship building with customers and partners
• Work in CRM systems and ongoing administration
• Participation in certain events and arrangements

About you

We are looking for you who have experience in sales, preferably B2B, and who thrive in a role where initiative, engagement, and self-drive are crucial for success.

You enjoy creating new contacts, building relationships, and working towards clear goals. You are confident on the phone, work in a structured manner, and have a talent for expressing yourself both verbally and in writing.
