LEAX is looking for an HR Generalist – is it you?
Do you enjoy being the one who makes things work – for managers, employees, and the business? Do you want to work broadly within HR, close to operations, with the opportunity to make a real impact? Then you might be the HR Generalist we are looking for at LEAX.
At LEAX, you will have a broad and operationally close HR role where no two days are alike. You will become an important part of our organization and have the opportunity to influence, develop, and create value for managers and employees.
About the team
The HR team at LEAX serves as a central support for our Swedish operations in Köping, Falköping, and Falun. You will become part of an engaged team consisting of the HR Manager and the Sustainability Manager.
Together, we support approximately 30 managers and 400 employees. We work close to operations, enjoy collaboration, and believe in combining structure with a high degree of engagement and lack of hierarchy.
About the role
As an HR Generalist with us, you will have a central and operational role where you work close to the business. You will be a support to our managers in everyday HR matters and contribute to developing and coordinating HR work within the organization.
The role is broad and includes everything from recruitment and onboarding to labor law, work environment, and HR administration. In short – you will be where the action is and make a difference in people's daily work lives.
You will mainly work with:
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinate and administer recruitment processes
- Post job ads, handle screening, and support managers in recruitment
- Be responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes
HR Support to Operations
- Act as a support to managers in personnel matters
- Provide advice on labor law, policies, and routines
- Support in work environment and employee issues
HR Administration and Development
- Participate in employee surveys
- Participate in improvement and development initiatives within HR
- Contribute to developing and streamlining our HR processes
Who are you?
We believe you have an academic education in HR or equivalent experience and that you have worked for at least one year in a broad HR role.
You like to create structure, but you also understand that people do not always function according to process maps and routines. You are communicative, service-oriented, and have an easy time building trusting relationships. At the same time, you are self-reliant, solution-oriented, and enjoy driving things forward.
You express yourself very well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Meritorious experience
- Training or supporting managers
- HR systems such as Evity and Teamtailor
- Work with collective agreements, preferably within Teknikföretagen
- Collaboration with trade union partners such as Unionen and IF Metall
Why choose LEAX?
With us, you have the opportunity to work broadly within HR in a business where HR makes a real difference. You will have significant personal responsibility, the opportunity to influence, and the chance to develop together with engaged colleagues.
Travel between our locations is a natural part of the role – and a great way to get to know the operations, the people, and the culture at our various sites.
A few words from your future manager:
"I see HR as a business-critical function – not a department that sits on the sidelines producing documents no one reads. Good HR creates the conditions for the business to succeed through the right competence, strong leadership, and functioning processes.
As your manager, I will give you significant responsibility and room to influence. I believe in clarity, collaboration, and that we develop by challenging established ways of working. I appreciate people who take initiative, drive improvements, and turn ideas into results.
If you want to work close to operations, combine HR competence with business understanding, and be part of making a real difference, I hope to hear from you!"
