You will step into a crucial implementation of a new HRM solution for a player in the energy sector. The project is in the execution phase and needs a senior person who can hold together both test management and requirements management, so that the solution meets the business's needs and can be implemented with minimal impact on daily operations.

You will work closely with the project organization, business representatives, and the system supplier in a role where you create structure, drive progress, and reduce risks. Here you have a great opportunity to influence working methods, quality, and clarity in a business-close system implementation with many contact points.

• You plan, coordinate, execute, and follow up on test activities in the implementation of the new HRM solution.
• You develop test setups, conduct tests, and ensure that the testing work maintains the right structure and quality.
• You document and report test results, as well as identify, follow up, and handle deviations.
• You bring together, drive, and coordinate the requirements between the project, business, and supplier.
• You ensure structured and traceable requirements management throughout the entire implementation.
• You work closely with external system suppliers and contribute to a smooth implementation of the system support.
• You drive the area independently, create clarity in the implementation, and contribute to quality, progress, and risk minimization.

• Very good experience in coordinating and driving test work in implementation or execution projects.
• Very good experience in bringing together and coordinating requirements between project, business, and supplier.
• Good experience in collaborating with external system suppliers in connection with the implementation of system support.
• Good experience in structured requirements management and traceability between requirements, tests, deviations, and delivery.
• Good experience in test planning, test documentation, deviation management, as well as reporting and follow-up of test results.
• Good understanding of test management, test methodology, quality processes, and requirements management.
• Ability to drive the area independently and several years of experience from similar roles.
• Strong communication skills and a structured working approach.
• Knowledge and experience of working with agile processes.
• You speak and write Swedish fluently.

• Experience with implementing HRM solutions.
• Experience with change-related assignments where the business's continuity and user needs have been taken into account.
• Experience from the energy sector.
• Experience in test and requirements management from several industries.
