You will step into a highly technical environment focused on flying systems and UAVs, where robust system requirements, clear processes, and full traceability are crucial. Here, you will work closely with several technical disciplines in the development of complex and safety-critical systems, responsible for creating structure from overarching customer and product requirements down to verifiable system requirements within various sub-areas.

You will have a central position in further developing methods for requirement management and verification at the system level, while also acting as a key link between specialists and other stakeholders. • You drive the breakdown of customer and product requirements into system requirements per sub-area, in close collaboration with those responsible in each area.
• You conduct formal reviews to ensure quality, clarity, and correctness in requirements and system work.
• You develop and further refine processes for requirement management and verification at the system level.
• You ensure traceability at the system level according to current standards for flying systems.
• You work on traceability between systems and software to create a clear and sustainable requirement chain.
• You contribute to knowledge transfer and handover within the systems engineering field.
• You explain technical solutions and relationships clearly to different target groups.

• At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering within complex systems
• Experience in requirement management at the system level
• Experience with standards such as ARP4754, DO-178, or equivalent
• Experience with requirement management tools such as Visure, DOORS, or similar
• M.Sc. in Engineering (Civilingenjör)
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• You work in a structured, independent, and flexible manner
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)
