About the role

Blomsterlandet in Arninge is an established store offering a wide range of plants, flowers, and gardening products. Here, an engaged team works together to create an inspiring store environment and provide customers with a first-class service experience.

We are now looking, on behalf of our client, for two new employees who want to become part of the team in Arninge and contribute to the store's continued development.

We are looking for both:

Store Salesperson with Responsibility – 75% (approx. 30 hours per week) For this position, we are looking for you who have a few years of experience from retail and who have previously had greater responsibility, for example as department manager, team leader, or in another responsible role. You thrive when taking initiative, supporting colleagues, and contributing to smooth daily operations.

Store Salesperson – 50% (20 hours per week) For this position, we are looking for you who are driven by sales, service, and creating positive customer experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and appreciate varied tasks where the customer is always at the center.

As a store salesperson, you will become an important part of the daily operations where customer service, sales, restocking, and creating an inspiring store environment are in focus.

The store is open weekdays from 10:00–19:00 and weekends from 10:00–17:00. The positions involve working at varying times during opening hours and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personal service to customers

• Help customers with questions regarding products and assortment

• Work actively with sales and customer interaction

• Staff the cash register and handle payments

• Receive deliveries, unpack, and restock goods

• Work with product display and daily maintenance of the store's departments

• For the position with responsibility: also support operations through greater responsibility in daily work

About you

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, engaged, and thrive in a role where customer interaction is central.

• Have experience working in retail and sales

• Are positive, responsible, and solution-oriented

• Have good teamwork skills and contribute to a good team spirit

• Are structured and have the ability to prioritize your work

• Interest in plants, flowers, and gardening is a plus

Employment type: Probation period of 6 months, followed by a permanent position.

Start date: Immediately

Salary: According to the commercial collective agreement
