Do you have a few years of experience as a physiotherapist? Do you enjoy the variety within primary care? Would you like to become part of our competent, engaged, and generous team and contribute to creating an improved quality of life for our patients?
We are located at Dalen Hospital in Enskededalen, with excellent transport links via both subway and bus. Rehab Södra is part of SLSO (Stockholm County Council) and provides primary care rehabilitation across our four units: Farsta Rehab, Högdalen Rehab, Södermalm Rehab, and here at Dalen Rehab, where we also have the additional responsibility of the Neuroteam. Our staff includes occupational therapists, dietitians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, speech therapists, counselors, and administrative personnel. In total, we have approximately 130 employees in Rehab Södra!
At Dalen Rehab, just over 30 people work, of whom 17 are physiotherapists. We have broad expertise and a generous spirit among our staff to share knowledge and experience. We work based on our core values: patient focus, equal value for all, and joy in work!
We are now looking for a physiotherapist who wants to work both at our clinic and in home rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:
The work is varied and developing. You will meet patients of all ages with a wide variety of diagnoses and functional impairments. The work consists of assessment and treatment of patients, individually and in groups.
Your main task will be clinic work, but you will also work with home visits where you, together with an occupational therapist or alone, visit patients in their homes. Home visits are made by car or bicycle. The work may also include supervision of students, prescription of assistive devices, rehabilitation training, or promoting healthy lifestyle habits. At the clinic, you have access to MSK ultrasound and a gym with machines and free weights.
Documentation is done in Take Care.
We offer among other things:
- Regular internal training
- Flexible working hours and great opportunity to manage your schedule.
- A secure employment through collective agreements and insurance.
- Individual salary setting.
- Free healthcare up to the high-cost ceiling.
- Wellness activities during working hours and a wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK/year.
Qualifications:
- Licensed physiotherapist with a Bachelor's degree (180 ECTS). Driver's License B.
We prefer that you have experience from working in primary care. Further education in MSK ultrasound, geriatrics, TIPPA, pain, or MediYoga is considered an advantage.
Personal qualities:
We prefer that you enjoy the variety in primary care tasks, are accustomed to working independently and flexibly, and appreciate collaborating with other professions.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, which among other things means that you:
- Have a good ability to prioritize and structure your work
- Are receptive and good at communicating and collaborating.
- Easily create new contacts and have good meetings with both patients and colleagues.
- Are engaged, professional, and responsible.
- Are solution-oriented and helpful.
- Enjoy sharing your knowledge with both patients and colleagues.
When working in the patient's home, you must be comfortable being in environments with fur-bearing animals and not be sensitive to smoke odor.
Employment type:
Permanent, full-time 40 hours/week with flexible working hours. Start date October 2026 or as agreed. Probation period may apply.
Other information:
Interviews are conducted continuously during the application period, and the position may be filled before the final application date.
We warmly welcome your application, and we look forward to meeting you!
The position is subject to the condition that it does not need to be allocated for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.
