The Role: Installation and Commissioning in the Premium Segment

As a CI Technician at SM Smart Teknik, you play a key role in transforming exclusive residences into smart homes. You are responsible for the entire chain from physical installation to advanced configuration, commissioning, testing, and handover to the customer.

Responsibilities:

• System Configuration: Commissioning and configuration of control systems such as KNX, Control4, Crestron, and Lutron, among others.
• High-end Audio: Installation and tuning of multi-room systems with brands such as Amina, Sonance, K-array, and Focal.
• Video and Home Cinema: Installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of home cinema systems, screens, and projectors.
• Networking and Infrastructure: Configuration and troubleshooting of networks, as well as cable termination and rack building.
• Integrations: Coordination of sound, video, lighting, climate, networking, and security functions into a holistic solution.
• Quality Assurance: You ensure that every installation maintains the highest possible quality and perform self-inspections before handover.
• Customer Contact: You handle customers in the premium segment with social finesse, clarity, and pedagogical skill.

Your Profile: Self-sufficient, meticulous, and technically passionate

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in technology and are motivated by installing, optimizing, and delivering solutions with a high finish. You have experience with advanced installations and are accustomed to working in environments with high demands on function, aesthetics, and details.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a few years of experience in installation within Residential, Custom Integration, or a corresponding technical field.
• Have good technical understanding of, for example, KNX, Control4, Crestron, Lutron, networking, AV, and rack environments.
• Are self-sufficient, solution-oriented, and take full ownership of your projects.
• Are meticulous and have an eye for detail, both regarding sound, video, cabling, and physical installation.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Communicate well in Swedish and English.

As we work with security solutions in sensitive environments, a security clearance may be conducted prior to employment.
