Your Role

We are looking for an Electronics Assembler for early prototype manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembly, soldering, and modification of electronic components.
• Troubleshooting and basic testing of circuit boards and units.
• Preparing work for SMT machines (Surface Mount Technology/Pick-and-place).
• Programming and operating SMT machines/Pick-and-place systems.
• Establishing routines and processes for new equipment (including solder paste dispensing) and related workflows.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a meticulous person with a strong focus on quality and an understanding of production and its processes. You have a technical interest and a basic understanding of electronics and/or microwave technology. Experience with machine solder paste dispensing and component placement is advantageous.

You possess a high degree of orderliness as well as administrative skills and talent, which you can utilize when planning incoming assignments. We are looking for you with an upper secondary education, alternatively a Vocational Higher Education (YH) program in electronics, or similar work experience.

Advantageous qualifications:

• Soldering certification.
• Experience in electronics repair.

Security Clearance: The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance procedures applicable at the time. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
