About Stockholm Waterjet AB:

Stockholm Waterjet was founded in 1989, and the company forms the heart of the Steelex Group.

We primarily work with contract manufacturing within the metalworking industry, with CNC-controlled waterjet cutting as our specialty. Today, we are a complete mechanical workshop.

With over 30 years in the industry, we have the experience, knowledge, and capacity required to call ourselves a complete supplier within metalworking.

Our business idea is to help our customers from idea to finished product – our department for prototype manufacturing and product development works directly with the various production departments, thus easily following the process and keeping you updated all the way.

Since 2025, Intermekano is also part of Stockholm Waterjet, and at the location in Bålsta, both tools, prototypes, and individual parts are manufactured.

About the position:

In the role of workshop worker, depending on previous experience, you will move between all our departments and thereby gain a great insight into our operations.

Our departments are press brake, welding, waterjet cutting, and CNC.

The onboarding will be set up based on your previous knowledge and experience, and you will collaborate with all our employees.

Qualifications:

We would like you to have previous experience from a workshop or the manufacturing industry. However, we also believe you may have education in industry or vehicles and enjoy tinkering in your free time.

As a person, you should be outgoing and have a desire to learn more about workshops and the manufacturing industry. You should also possess good teamwork skills and the ability to take personal responsibility.

It is meritorious if you have previous experience in TIG and MIG welding, CNC, and/or waterjet cutting.

A B-driver's license is also considered meritorious.

The requirement for the position is good knowledge of the Swedish language.
