Job Responsibilities

Your Qualifications

• Schematic Reading – You have a good understanding of electrical documentation.
• Cable Assembly – You can work from drawings and handle crimping and connector assembly.
• Soldering – Experience in soldering electrical components and cables.
• Mechanical Assembly – Practical experience in assembling racks and subsystems.
• Measuring Instruments – Proficient in using tools such as multimeters and performing continuity tests.
• Quality & Safety – High quality awareness, performs self-inspections, and is knowledgeable about ESD handling.

Preferred Qualifications

It is a significant plus if your education or previous experience follows IPC standards, with a special focus on:

• IPC/WHMA-A-620 (requirements for cable and wire harness assemblies)
• IPC-A-610 (acceptability criteria for electronic assemblies)

Your Profile

To thrive and succeed in this role, we look for the following:

• Reading and Interpreting Documentation: Ability to independently read electrical schematics, drawings, and follow technical documentation/instructions.
• Cable Assembly: Manufacture cables from scratch according to drawings, including crimping, connector assembly, and soldering of cables and electrical components.
• Mechanical Assembly: Assemble racks, subsystems, and associated mechanics.
• Quality Control and Measurement: Perform self-inspections of completed work and use measuring instruments (e.g., multimeter for continuity testing) to ensure function and quality.
• Safe Work Practices: Work meticulously and structured in accordance with current ESD handling standards.
