Job Responsibilities

Your Qualifications

• Schematic Reading: You have a good understanding of electrical documentation.
• Cable Assembly: You can work from drawings and handle crimping and connector assembly.
• Soldering: Experience in soldering electrical components and cables.
• Mechanical Assembly: Practical experience assembling racks and subsystems.
• Measuring Instruments: Proficient in using tools such as multimeters and performing continuity tests.
• Quality & Safety: You have a high awareness of quality, perform self-inspections, and are knowledgeable about ESD handling.

Preferred Qualifications

It is a significant advantage if your education or previous experience follows IPC standards, with a special focus on:

• IPC/WHMA-A-620 (requirements for cable and wire harness assemblies)
• IPC-A-610 (acceptability criteria for electronic assemblies)

Your Profile

To thrive and succeed in this role, we look for the following:

• Reading and Interpreting Documentation: Ability to independently read electrical schematics, drawings, and follow technical documentation/instructions.
• Cable Assembly: Manufacturing cables from scratch according to drawings, including crimping, connector assembly, and soldering of cables and electrical components.
• Mechanical Assembly: Assembling racks, subsystems, and associated mechanics.
• Quality Control and Measurement: Performing self-inspections of finished work and using measuring instruments (e.g., multimeter for continuity testing) to ensure functionality and quality.
• Safe Work Practices: Working meticulously and systematically in accordance with current ESD handling standards.

The position is full-time, and we prefer that you can start working immediately.
