TMH Bil & Skadecenter is an auto workshop in Tullinge, Botkyrka. The company has been around for about 20 years and works with almost everything related to cars. Here you will find a mechanical workshop, a body shop, and a painting workshop. TMH is also an Autoexperten-affiliated workshop.

We help both private customers, insurance companies, and other workshops. Much of our work is based on high quality, clear service, and trust. We are happy to put in the extra time required to ensure the job is done really well. We also value being open with the customer. If we find a problem, we show what needs to be done and explain why.

Right now, we are looking for an independent painter because we have more work coming in than we can handle. You will become an important part of a small team where everyone helps everyone. Today we are four people: a mechanic, a panel beater, a painter, and a receptionist. With us, you become part of the group and work closely with both colleagues and customers.

As a painter, you will among other things:

• Sand, mask, prime, wash, and prepare the surface for paint.
• Move objects into the paint booth and perform painting.
• Perform any necessary adjustments, such as polishing or correcting minor dust specks.
• Work with approximately two to three objects per day, mainly details and parts.
• Collaborate closely with panel beaters and the receptionist to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for driving the painting process in a safe and professional manner. This means you plan your work, see the next step in the process, and ensure that the painting maintains high quality. You need to be able to work independently, but also have good cooperation with your colleagues. For us, it is important that the job is done right, that the color matches, and that the customer gets a result we can be proud of.

Desired profile:

• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Experience in sanding, masking, and priming.
• You have painted cars for at least 2–3 years.
• You have a good understanding of the entire painting process.
• You can speak and understand Swedish.

Merits if you:

• Have run your own painting business or had significant responsibility for painting work at a workshop.
• Find painting fun and have a genuine interest in the craft.
• Have experience in finding the right color and working with color matching.
