WeStaff Sweden is now looking for a CNC Machine Operator for a modern industrial company in northern Stockholm.

The company is an international manufacturer of technologically advanced equipment with customers worldwide. We are now looking for someone who is interested in contributing.

About the role:

As an operator, you will work in a precision mechanical manufacturing environment with a focus on punching and press brake machines. After internal training, you will be responsible for operating the machines, ensuring quality, and contributing to efficient production.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Setting up and adjusting CNC-controlled machines
• Handling tasks related to punching and press brakes
• Ensuring that manufactured parts meet the correct tolerances and quality standards
• Working in business systems linked to production
• Participating in process improvement and development

You will become part of the production team with good opportunities for further development within the company.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work routines and safety regulations
• Ensure correct use of protective equipment
• Perform basic maintenance of tools and machines
• Stop production in case of deviations and report them
• Ensure that non-conforming products are handled correctly

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a technical interest who thrives in a practical role.

We prefer that you have:

• Experience from manufacturing industry, preferably sheet metal or workshop
• Experience working with machines (CNC experience is a plus)
• Ability to read drawings (advantageous)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift license (advantageous)

You are meticulous, responsible, and have an eye for quality. You thrive both working independently and as part of a team, and you are eager to contribute ideas for improvements.

• Start: Immediately
• Scope: Full-time, long-term assignment
• Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday
• Location: Northern Stockholm
