Are you passionate about learning, knowledgeable about AI tools, and able to turn expert knowledge into engaging self-study courses? We are now looking for two digital education producers for YrkesAkademin.

About the job

We are in the early stages of producing and selling digital education – practical self-study courses that help working professionals enhance their skills on the job. The subjects cover various professional areas such as transport, industry, and hospitality. Many of our courses are mandatory training with strict industry requirements, often within complex and technical subjects. Your task will be to make this heavy material understandable, engaging, and easy to absorb for working adults with diverse backgrounds.

You will have overall responsibility for developing the courses. This includes, among other things:

• Gathering knowledge from experts
• Writing scripts
• Creating, structuring, and packaging the content
• Building the courses in authoring tools
• Publishing in our LMS

You will become part of our digital education development team. Here, we are responsible for various education projects but work closely together, share experiences, and develop our working methods together. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing, and sales to create courses that meet the needs of the industries.

Your responsibilities

• Identify needs and create content for digital courses from start to finish
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and colleagues in sales and marketing
• Build pedagogical self-study courses in digital authoring tools
• Use AI tools as support in content production
• Publish and manage the courses in our LMS

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys building education – the whole way through – together with others. You do not need to be a designer, but you must be able to adhere to a graphic profile and implement it consistently in language, form, and visual choices, so that our courses are always recognizable as YrkesAkademin's. You have a pedagogical mindset and a curiosity for new subjects. You have correct language skills and adapt tone and level to the target audience. The role suits you if you are flexible and confident when conditions change. Sometimes we need to reprioritize, wait for input from subject matter experts, or adapt to new directives. In those situations, it is important that you can pivot, find ways forward, and keep your cool.

What is important for the role

• Pedagogical knowledge and experience in developing learning for adults
• Understanding of how digital education can be packaged as commercial products
• Familiarity with digital tools and e-learning platforms, such as Articulate Rise
• Ability to collaborate and communicate in a team
• Ability to drive work independently and in a structured manner
• Sense for layout, tone, and accessibility

It is a plus if you also have

• Experience in optimizing text for search engines (SEO)
• Experience using AI tools to create image and video material
• Experience from one of our industries (transport, industry, hospitality, etc.)

Location

The position can be based at any of YrkesAkademin's locations in Sweden where we operate. We offer a hybrid work model where you have the opportunity to work both from the office and remotely. Some tasks are best done on-site – but there is great freedom to plan your workday yourself.

Employment type

Permanent position with an initial six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.
