Seeking Engaged Childcare Worker/Pedagogue for Fixed-Term Position

We are now looking for an engaged and confident childcare worker/pedagogue for a fixed-term full-time position with us. The position begins with a three-month probationary period with the possibility of continued employment during the substitute period.
About the position
As a childcare worker/pedagogue here, you work together with the work team to create a safe, educational, and inspiring environment for the children. You are involved in the pedagogical work and contribute to the children's development and learning through play, care, and structure in everyday life.
Responsibilities
- Be involved in daily operations
- Create a safe and positive environment for the children
- Plan and carry out pedagogical activities together with colleagues
- Collaborate with guardians and the work team
- Support the children's social and pedagogical development
We are looking for someone who
- Is trained as a childcare worker or has experience working in preschool/school
- Is responsible, flexible, and engaged
- Has a good approach towards children, guardians, and colleagues
- Thrives in a team environment
