Tujagården is a somatic residence with 36 apartments spread over 3 floors. We are located next to Skiljebocentrum, with the forest just around the corner and the hospital a short walk away.

About the role

You are the hub for the residents' health and medical care efforts and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups of various parts to ensure good quality in operations. You will be part of the management group and work closely with the operations manager to develop Tujagården.

Collaboration and support

You are part of a team with care staff, group managers, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and train the care staff so that together you give each resident the best possible life. In this job, you work closely with the residence's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily work.

We invest in leadership development for you as a nurse. A course we can offer you is "Leading without being a manager".

Getting to know the residents

Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical conditions are often crucial for correct assessments and decisions.

Clear routines

To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is extensive support in the form of practical and easy-to-implement routines, guidelines, and checklists.

As a new nurse with us, you participate in our digital induction program together with your mentor to ensure you receive a clear introduction with the goal of quickly getting into work and our routines.

About Tujagården

We are a smaller residence, so we work closely together with the operations manager, group managers, and nurses. You have a nursing colleague who works 30 %.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a registered nurse, and we would like you to have worked a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-morbid, which requires that you have both broad knowledge of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
