Saltarö Klimatteknik is a small, personal company with extensive experience in heating, cooling, and ventilation. We assist private individuals, businesses, and property owners with the installation and service of heat pumps and ventilation systems. Quality, security, and good service are always our top priorities.

About the role:

As a technician with us, you will work with:

• Installation and service of heat pumps (air-to-air and air-to-water)
• Simple ventilation tasks and troubleshooting
• Customer visits where you provide advice and ensure everything functions correctly
• Documentation and follow-up of completed work

You will be based out of our office on Värmdö, but we perform work throughout the Stockholm region. Occasional travel to other locations may occur.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is technically interested, detail-oriented, and enjoys meeting people. You can be a recent graduate or have several years of experience; the most important thing is that you want to learn, take responsibility, and deliver good results.

We believe you:

• Have education within plumbing, electrical, ventilation, cooling, or a similar field
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Are self-motivated, service-oriented, and enjoy practical work
• Are good at collaborating and building trust with customers

Certificates in heating/cooling are meritorious but not mandatory; the right person can grow into the role.
