Site Supervisor in Construction!
Are you ready to take the next step in your career as a site supervisor and become a key player in a growing company that invests in its employees? We are looking for an experienced and engaged site supervisor for our client, headquartered in Järfälla.
Our client is a civil engineering and construction company with a strong focus on fine planning and courtyards, primarily active in the city center and on the northern side of Stockholm. They are currently in an exciting growth phase with several new projects underway, including assignments that require passing a security clearance. About the Role
As a site supervisor, you are responsible for planning resources, ensuring the right materials are on site, and leading employees in daily production. You conduct safety checks, follow up on occupational health and safety requirements, and handle administration, documentation, and financial matters related to the project.
You participate in safety rounds, occupational health and safety meetings, and construction meetings, playing a vital role in creating a safe and efficient workplace with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
- Daily leadership and motivation of employees.
- Resource and material planning.
- Safety checks and occupational health and safety follow-up.
- Project administration (e.g., daily logs, self-inspections, invoice certification).
- Participation in meetings and preparation of OHS plans as needed.
Qualifications
- High school education.
- At least three years of experience as a site supervisor in civil engineering and construction.
- Broad competence within civil engineering and construction contracting.
- Good knowledge of AMA, MER, and contract law (AB04/ABT06).
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and construction processes.
- Swedish citizenship – ability to pass a security clearance.
- Good computer skills, familiar with digital tools and calculations (Excel).
- Category B driver's license and certificates in BAS-U, hot work, and road work.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English.
