Child and Adolescent Rehabilitation seeks Physiotherapist in Bollnäs

Child and Adolescent Rehabilitation is a specialist unit responsible for habilitation interventions for children and young people aged 0–17 with motor impairments, intellectual disabilities, or autism. We are an interdisciplinary team that takes a holistic view of the child's/young person's needs and follows their development over time. In Bollnäs, we are an engaged interdisciplinary team working in close collaboration with the team in Hudiksvall, ensuring good accessibility for our patients.

Responsibilities

We meet with patients and guardians at the clinic, in their homes, at preschools/schools, and in other environments relevant to the patient. Today, we also offer a high proportion of digital healthcare contacts.

As a physiotherapist with us, you will, among other things, work with:

• Assessment and treatment of impaired motor function and participation.
• Fitting and follow-up of assistive devices.
• Counseling, training, and group activities for patients and guardians.
• Collaboration with other healthcare services and municipal activities.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with good cooperation skills and a strong interest in working with other professions in a varied daily routine. You are flexible and able to adjust your initial plan in meetings, whether with patients or colleagues. You should be interested in the whole picture regarding the patients and guardians we meet and be good at structuring your work to plan and execute the tasks included in your job description.

In the role of physiotherapist, you must:

• Be a licensed physiotherapist.
• Have a valid B-driver's license.

For this position, experience working with children or adults with disabilities is considered an advantage.
