As a partner, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the practice. Within Praktikertjänst, you will have access to a network of specialists in various areas such as safety, legal, HR, property, administration, finance, IT and telephony, quality, communication, procurement, pension, and environment. As part of the role, you are responsible for the business results, which means you will create a budget and be accountable for the financial outcome.

Responsibilities

• You lead and distribute work among the staff
• You work clinically as a dentist
• Personnel management, goal and development dialogues, as well as salary negotiations
• Recruitment when needed
• Ensure staff have sufficient knowledge and work on competence development
• Responsibility for the work environment

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
