As a nurse in municipal healthcare, you meet people in their daily lives and contribute to security, health, and quality of life throughout their lives. With us, you get an independent and varied job where your competence is valued and developed. You work closely with patients, relatives, and colleagues in a team that together creates good and person-centered care.
We offer:
- A meaningful job with great responsibility and influence
- Close patient relationships and the opportunity to follow people over time
- Competent colleagues and cross-professional collaboration
- Good opportunities for competence development
- A workplace where engagement, care, and development are in focus
Who are we?
We are Home Care in Ljusdal Municipality – an engaged and development-oriented operation responsible for municipal healthcare within the Welfare sector. We are a team of approximately 60 employees who work together to create safe, person-centered, and close care for the municipality's residents.
We are nurses, specialist nurses, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehab assistants, coordinators, and unit managers who together contribute with our different competencies to provide the best possible care and rehabilitation.
We believe in collaboration, participation, and continuous development. With the citizen in focus, we work close to each other and in cooperation with hospitals, health centers, and other external actors to meet today's and tomorrow's care needs.
Our assignment covers special housing, support and care housing within LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and social psychiatry, short-term housing, as well as home care in ordinary housing. Our operations are located in Ljusdal, Järvsö, Färila, Los, and Ramsjö. We also staff the region's health centers in Los and Ramsjö, which provides opportunities for varied tasks and broad competence development.
With us, you become part of an operation where collaboration, quality, and care are at the center – and where we together make a difference every day.
Who are we looking for?
We are now looking for two licensed nurses who want to develop the future municipal healthcare together with us. One position is located at a new special housing facility in Ljusdal, where you get the opportunity to be involved from the start and contribute to creating a safe and high-quality care environment. The positions follow a rolling 12-week schedule and primarily involve day work from 06:45–15:00. On-call duty occurs approximately 2–3 weekday evenings during each 12-week period and every sixth weekend.
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or a nurse with relevant specialist education.
You feel confident in your professional role and enjoy working independently while valuing collaboration with colleagues, patients, and relatives. Experience from municipal healthcare is meritorious, but we also welcome those who are curious to develop within the area.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
- Have a license as a nurse
- Have a B driver's license
- Have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Are responsible, flexible, and structured
- Have a good approach and good collaboration skills
- Enjoy taking own initiatives and making independent decisions
We place great importance on personal suitability.
