Home care is part of municipal primary care. We are a large and cheerful group of nurses and assistant nurses who support and help each other. Our team is both innovative and developmental; we grow based on needs, and you can independently prioritize and structure your workday.

We are now looking for more colleagues who want to complement our team in Hudiksvall.

Home care operates primarily in Hudiksvall and Delsbo. In our teams, we work from the same location as occupational and physical therapists, as well as nurses specializing in functional impairments. We collaborate closely with nurses in special housing facilities.

As a new employee, you are offered a comprehensive introduction and a mentor. You also have support from our team leader, who serves as a central hub within home care and has thorough knowledge of our routines and workflows.

Job Responsibilities

In home care, we visit and treat registered patients in their own homes. We perform everything from simple assessments to advanced palliative care. Our work includes, among other things, managing PICC lines, ports, drains, and wound dressings. You have overall patient responsibility for the care of your patients. The role also involves disease prevention and supervising nursing staff.

Most of our work is during daytime hours, with an average of one evening shift per week and weekend duty every fourth week. For full-time positions, the weekly working time is 37.25 hours. We have a fixed rolling basic schedule of 8 weeks and a dedicated staffing planner.

Your Profile

We value being structured, calm, and confident in your role as a nurse.

We require good skills in collaboration, planning, and prioritization. Experience in palliative care and telephone advice is preferred.

A nursing license and a valid driver's license are required.

Good language skills in Swedish are necessary, as is proficiency in handling various digital patient systems.

Previous experience in home care is an advantage.
