Job Responsibilities
In the role of childcare worker at Jökeln and Lilla Björn preschool, you are part of a work team that collaborates based on current regulatory documents and guidelines for the preschool. Together in the work team, you work for the children's development and learning.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a childcare education/diploma from the Child and Youth Program. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented, with an approach that is situation-adapted. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new work methods and spreading knowledge and experiences to colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily create good relationships.
We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to children's language development; therefore, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.
In accordance with the Law on Suitability Control, you must be able to present an extract from the police's criminal record register upon employment.
