Lillån Health Centre is a medium-sized health centre that is growing and is located on the outskirts of Örebro, on the border between city and countryside. We are a well-functioning workplace with just over 55 employees and approx. 11,000 registered patients. Our catchment area consists of both villa areas and rural environments, which means a varied and stimulating patient base. Full-time for at least 6 months with good opportunities for extension.

As a nursing assistant with us, you will have a varied and developing job with great independence and the opportunity to use your entire competence. You will have your own scheduled clinic hours and will also assist our doctors with various types of examinations and treatments. In addition to clinic work, you will also work in our laboratory and handle sample collection. You will work closely with other professional categories at the health centre, which contributes to a rewarding learning environment. We value initiative and engagement. Depending on your experience, interests, and competencies, there is an opportunity to develop special areas of responsibility and assignments within the operations.

We welcome you who are trained as a nursing assistant, preferably with a focus on emergency care according to the previous program structure, or are trained as a nursing assistant within the current program structure. To assess employability, grades from your healthcare education and proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding the protected professional title must be attached to your application.

We place great importance on personal qualities, having good cooperation skills with both patients and colleagues in different professional groups, as well as a professional attitude and that a good approach with a patient focus is a matter of course for you. Previous experience working with sample collection.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.

The application should include a CV, cover letter, and grades from completed healthcare courses, as well as possible proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding the protected professional title. Other certificates, grades, diplomas, etc., should be submitted at a possible interview.
