You can now apply for a fun, varied, and social position as a Property Maintenance Technician at Härnösandshus.

Working as a Property Maintenance Technician with us means you will be assigned an area where you have overall responsibility for daily operations. This is a broad role, and you will be our face to our tenants. Examples of tasks include repair and maintenance of our properties, both interior and exterior, monitoring and analyzing utility consumption, supervising control and regulation systems, maintaining sprinkler and fire alarm systems, and naturally, handling the diverse tasks involved in property maintenance. We work with a central fault reporting system, and you plan your work independently with a strong customer focus. The role also includes managing Härnösandshus's obligations at the subsidiary AB Härnösands Kommunfastigheter.

It is important to us that you are a service-oriented person who finds it easy to interact with people in various situations. You are a handy problem solver with strong initiative and a desire to develop both yourself and our company. We value broad technical knowledge in construction, electrical, ventilation, and plumbing. You likely have a technical high school education and preferably further training in property maintenance. A B-class driver's license for manual transmission is required.

Start date as agreed, but no later than mid-September. The position is permanent and begins with a 6-month probationary period. A background check will be conducted prior to employment.

In addition to your personal qualities, we are looking for someone who has:

• Completed high school education.
• B-class driver's license (manual).
• Good computer skills.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We consider it an advantage if you also have:

• Previous work experience in service, property maintenance, or construction.
• Experience in construction, electrical, ventilation, and/or plumbing.
• High school competence in property maintenance or parks and grounds.
• Previous experience operating handheld machinery for park maintenance, ride-on mowers, implement carriers, and tractors.
