Our client is part of a larger construction and installation group where the electrical department is a specialized area. They are now looking for an experienced electrician or lead installer who wants to take on a coordinating role and support the operations part-time.

The position is a direct hire, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

About the role

In this role, you will be a key resource for the business and serve as a support to both installers and project management. The focus is on planning, coordination, and follow-up rather than practical installation work.

You will mainly:

• Coordinate and distribute work orders at the project site
• Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure that work proceeds according to plan
• Be a support for installers and foremen in their daily work
• Visit projects and work sites to monitor quality, progress, and working environment
• Handle administrative tasks related to projects and service orders

This is a role where your experience is the most important tool.

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience as an electrician, lead installer, foreman, or similar
• Has a good understanding of projects, service, and installation work
• Thrives in planning, coordinating, and creating structure
• Is self-motivated, responsible, and has an easy time collaborating with others
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

We would prefer that you are retired or looking to scale back your career or similar. The most important thing is that you want to continue being part of the industry and share your experience.

Other information

Start: According to agreement

Scope: Part-time, approx. 25–50% or according to agreement
