Property Maintenance Worker for Höga Kusten Hotel

As a property maintenance worker with us, you will play a key role in ensuring that our buildings, outdoor areas, and technical functions maintain a high standard for both guests and employees. • Are service-oriented and appreciate interaction with both colleagues and guests.
• Have good teamwork skills but can also work independently.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of property maintenance worker, you will primarily be responsible for:

• Ongoing inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of the hotel's buildings.
• Minor carpentry, repair, and service tasks.
• Troubleshooting and resolving simpler technical issues.
• Gardening and maintenance of our outdoor areas during the summer season.
• Snow clearing and sanding during winter, including operating a tractor.
• Other tasks that contribute to the smooth operation and high quality of the hotel's activities.

Qualifications

Experience or education in property maintenance, construction, technology, or similar fields is considered an asset. Certifications such as chainsaw licenses, tractor driving permits, or other relevant certificates are a plus, but not mandatory.
