Your future challenge

In this role, you will contribute to our planning, development, and implementation of processes, organization, technical aids, and governing documents. You will work on process improvements, big and small, helping us take the next step towards our goal of digitizing the business to a higher degree and improving machine availability with fact-based decisions.

Among other things, you will:

• Develop and optimize preventive maintenance.
• Drive and participate in technical improvements and investments.
• Contribute to the development of our working methods, approaches, and strategies.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, customers, and external suppliers.
• Contribute to establishing the maintenance strategy.
• Participate in internal training.
• Assist in the implementation of a new maintenance system (CMMS).
• Develop KPIs for inventory, analysis/optimization, and root cause analysis.
• Create supporting and governing documents for maintenance meetings.

Who you are

We are looking for you who have documented experience in maintenance operations in development, as well as experience in implementing and handling maintenance systems (CMMS) and Lean production.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have a post-secondary technical education with a focus on maintenance/production, or have acquired equivalent knowledge in another way. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is required.

Desirable is good knowledge of the Office package, business systems (SAP or equivalent), English in speech and writing, and a B driving license.

Since we work as a team, it is important that you are a person who enjoys working together, has the ability to build contacts, and form teams. You also have the ability to understand and explain complex problems in a pedagogical way.

Requirements: Good Swedish and English in speech and writing, as well as a B driving license.

You might be:

• An experienced maintenance technician in the manufacturing industry.
• A production engineer (or similar) who wants to broaden your skills and take the step towards maintenance.
• Or an engineer with relevant experience and a strong technical interest.
