About the Role

We are now looking for an experienced property technician with a genuine interest in technology for our office in Sundsvall.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in properties.
  • Identify and rectify operational disruptions and ensure technically sound systems.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance.
  • Conduct inspections and address any deficiencies or deviations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other functions to ensure efficient and sustainable operations.
  • Provide professional service and contribute to good customer relationships.

About You

We are looking for someone with a structured work approach, technical knowledge, and the desire to deliver high quality.

We would like you to have:

  • Education in property technology, installation technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience in technical maintenance and operations within real estate.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, ventilation, and/or control and regulation systems.
  • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) (required).
