Workshop Manager / Service Technician at CamRo AB – Sundsvall

CamRo AB is the general agent in Sweden for several leading brands within park machinery, green space maintenance, and electric work vehicles. From our headquarters in Sundsvall, we run sales, spare parts warehouse, retail store, and workshop. Our customers are located throughout Norrland, and we cooperate with distributors across large parts of Sweden.

We are now looking for an experienced and independent Workshop Manager / Service Technician who wants to help develop our operations.

About the Role

As Workshop Manager at CamRo, you will have a key role in the company. You are responsible for the daily operations of the workshop and work practically with service, repairs, and troubleshooting of our machinery and vehicles. We also house the national spare parts warehouse, which greatly facilitates service and repairs in our workshop.

Since we are a smaller company, we are looking for someone with experience who thrives taking personal responsibility, planning their work, and finding solutions for our customers. CamRo is built on staff who collaborate and enjoy their work, which allows us to provide a very high level of service to all our customers.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of park machinery and work vehicles
• Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnosis and problem-solving
• Customer contact and technical advice
• Planning and prioritizing workshop tasks
• Handling warranties, spare parts, and workshop documentation
• Support for distributors and customers regarding technical issues
• Quotations, orders, and invoicing
• Work is performed both in the workshop and in the field
• (Mostly within Västernorrland & Jämtland, but sometimes further away)

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience as a service technician, vehicle technician, or similar
• Good knowledge of service, repair, and troubleshooting of vehicles or machinery
• Experience with electrical systems and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for a workshop
• Service-oriented with good communication skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Requirements

• Category B driver's license
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Worked in a workshop with vehicle service, work machinery, construction machinery, or park machinery

Merits

• Category BE driver's license
• Experience with construction machinery or park machinery
• Experience with hydraulics
• Experience with electric vehicles
• Experience with spare parts handling and customer contact
